They came out within hours of my call due to a leak through our dining room chandelier from our upstairs bathroom. They... came and performed the most inexpensive and quickest fix (without even charging for a service call or the caulking around the shower!) which, thankfully, stopped the leak. Josh came out the same day we called and found the problem right away. He actually had the problem diagnosed correctly before he even looked at our leak. The other plumber never even checked for what the real problem was. Josh is an all around great guy! He found that a $60 part was causing the problem. So glad we called him!
